What is "Dealer Prep"?
You say I can get it cheaper  on the internet or that the sleazy guy at the flea market sells ones that look just  like those.Maybe so but just make sure it comes with an internet mechanic and as for the "Mr.Haney" types,ya gotta ask yourself; What the hell does he know about bikes and scooters,Does he have a passion for it?is it in his blood?Or is he just out for a fast buck at your expense.

Why would I pay extra for the so called "Dealer Prep"
Dealer Prep is simple,it`s a turnkey ride it home deal. The bike has anywhere from 15 to 100 miles on it.Any and all issues are handled at this time all you the customer has to do is pic the one you want and pay for it and ride it home ,and see ya for the oil changes and service work. You can ride with confidence that your scooter is right and you got what you payed for!

But if that does not mean much to you, buy all means go for the hot deal on the internet from the fat guy in his underwear buy 2 you will need one for parts. And good luck getting it out of the box and onto the street.
                                                     Or
Get a clone from "Mr. Haney" and good luck with his Dealer prep, customer service ,OEM parts and service work after the sale.Don`t fall that line of BS that any shop will fix your no name or grey market  bike or scooter. Most do not they are too busy with customers that got bikes and scooters from them to worry about something they can`t get parts for.

What you get from a brick and mortar Dealership,
  1.A real address not a P.O box # and a web site.
2.Real people not answer machines and email.
  3.Service after the sale!.
  4.OEM parts
  5.Warranty work
  6.Service work and repairs
  7.H.P.up grades and customizing

The fat guy eating cheeto`s in his underwear on the internet drop shipping his products can not do what a brick and mortar Dealer can!

And as for 'Mr.Haney' ,what`s he gonna do? send ya to his friend at "Larry`s Lawn mower repair / Bait and tackle shop,,,,

It`s your choice just remember this :if a dealer is sent a bad scooter or bike it is taken care of before you even see it,,you could be drop shipped that same bad one  and it would be tuff shit Bubba.
